Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be unopened
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
